We have a strong strategic vision and are excited to be able to provide the opportunity for an experienced box office manager to join our team and contribute to the future of opera in Aotearoa.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the CRM & Box Office Manager is responsible for managing the strategic, technical, analytical and daily operations of New Zealand Opera’s box office. We are looking for a special candidate who can provide high-level customer service and a professional front-end face to ticket sales. The successful applicant will need to be a team player and excellent communicator with a proven record of managing CRM/ticketing systems within a fast-paced events environment.

This is a full-time, 40 hour per week role based in our Auckland office and includes some weekend and evening work.
